Dr. Hayden is a board-certified psychiatrist with 20 years of experience serving Madison County. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham. In 2011, while on staff at Asbury Christian Counseling in Madison, he began offering patients Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy for depression.
Dr. Hayden is committed to a holistic approach to treating mood disorders, which includes addressing nutrition, exercise, spiritual issues, and contributing medical conditions. To ensure excellence and innovation, he has upgraded his TMS systems to provide second-generation TMS, such as Theta burst TMS and protocols offering accelerated treatments.
He is also a speaker and advocate for TMS therapy, and actively networks with other TMS providers nationwide.
